Tracey has been an Educator for over 25 years.
Her key focus has been in Health, Childbirth and Parenting Education.
She came across Tess’s work when looking for solutions to making childbirth a better experience for women.
One of the most fundamental aspects of health and well-being is of course breathing. She was impressed by Tess’s clinical experience, and more importantly the results she achieved with her clients.
Since then she has been achieving the same success with her breathing clients, pregnant women and health professionals as she runs workshops both in the clinic, and in the workplace. She is a highly sought after speaker and educator using her skills and expertise Australia wide. She is the Founder of Better Breathing Centres in Canberra, Transform Parenting and continues to work with Tess in creating more programs that can educate health professionals and support her clients.
Tess Graham is Australia’s ‘go-to’ trusted expert on breathing.
Tess has a science degree majoring in anatomy and physiology, and a post-graduate qualification in physiotherapy. She has the highly-regarded diploma in the Buteyko breathing method from Moscow. She has extensive experience in working with hyperventilation and other forms of dysfunctional breathing.
For 20 years Tess has had a successful clinical practice in Canberra, Australia, dedicated entirely to breathing retraining. She has helped more than 6000 people – men, women and children of all ages and abilities – to achieve quality sleep, boost their energy and lower their risk of serious health issues by improving the way they breathe. She has also developed a Sports Performance Enhancement program and worked with many elite and team athletes.
Tess now devotes most of her time to speaking, lecturing and teaching throughout Australia and abroad in order to spread her life-enhancing message. Her essential message is this: “To sleep well and be well, you must breathe well.” Getting your breathing right is the foundation of true health and wellbeing.
